I usually have two browser tabs open: one with a spreadsheet tracking festival attendance patterns, the other with a draft article about why first-time tasters shouldn't fear asking questions. That split screen pretty much sums up how I work.

Analysis Meets the Glass

I'm a writer and analyst who believes the best insights come from actual experience. I spend my time at tastings, festivals, and vineyard events—not just observing, but participating, asking awkward questions, and noting what makes people lean in with curiosity versus what makes their eyes glaze over. Then I take those observations, look for patterns, and turn them into guidance that works whether you're planning your first rosé tasting or your fiftieth event.

What I Focus On

If you're looking for insights grounded in real-world practice rather than theory alone, I'd love to hear from you. Drop me a line at the contact page—I'm always happy to chat about what's working, what's not, and what's worth trying next.
